Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026 · Operator: Ops Armada LLC · EIN 42‑1921947

These Master Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the product portfolio operated by Ops Armada LLC ("Ops Armada," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company. The portfolio currently includes VoiceInvoicing (voiceinvoicing.com), VoiceQuoting (voicequoting.com), CallRescuer (callrescuer.com), and ReviewRescuer (reviewrescuer.com) (each a "Product"). By creating an account or using any Product, you agree to these Terms together with the Ops Armada Privacy Policy and any Product-specific terms posted at the Product's own /terms page. If product-specific terms conflict with these Master Terms, the Product-specific terms control for that Product.

1. Who can use the Products

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you are using a Product on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

Account credentials are shared across the Ops Armada Product portfolio — one email and password unlock every Product you subscribe to. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use any Product to:

  • Send invoices, quotes, SMS, email, or other content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or for goods or services you did not actually provide or intend to provide.
  • Impersonate another person or business, or spoof email, phone, or caller-ID metadata.
  • Engage in unlawful activity — including tax fraud, money laundering, financing of illegal goods or services, or violation of sanctions, export controls, or local laws.
  • Violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA messaging guidelines, A2P 10DLC requirements, or any other applicable telecommunications, marketing, or consumer-protection law.
  • Send unsolicited bulk SMS or email, phishing attempts, or anything that would violate applicable telemarketing or anti-spam laws.
  • Abuse, overload, probe, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with any Product or its underlying infrastructure (including OpenAI, Stripe, Railway, Vercel, Resend, Twilio, and the Google Business Profile API).
  • Submit content that is harassing, obscene, or infringing on someone else's rights.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label any Product without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. We may also cooperate with law enforcement and with Twilio's trust and safety team where required.

4. SMS Program Terms (A2P 10DLC)

Ops Armada operates a single A2P 10DLC SMS program across its Products under brand OPS ARMADA LLC (TCR Brand ID B4F0RB6). These SMS Program Terms describe the rules and disclosures that apply to every SMS delivered by any Ops Armada Product. They supplement, and do not replace, Section 2 of the Privacy Policy and the consumer-facing disclosures published at each Product's /sms-consent page.

  • Program name: Ops Armada SMS, operated by Ops Armada LLC across the VoiceInvoicing, VoiceQuoting, CallRescuer, and ReviewRescuer Products.
  • Description: Transactional notifications sent on behalf of contractor account-holders to the consumers and businesses they have relationships with. VoiceInvoicing: invoice notifications, Stripe payment links, payment reminders, payment receipts. VoiceQuoting: quote delivery, deposit receipts, acceptance confirmations. CallRescuer: missed-call rescue conversations initiated by an inbound consumer call. ReviewRescuer: review alerts and AI-drafted reply suggestions sent to contractor account-holders. The Program does not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.
  • Message frequency: Low. VoiceInvoicing: 1–5 messages per customer per invoice cycle. VoiceQuoting: 1–2 messages per quote. CallRescuer: 3–5 messages per missed-call conversation, then ends. ReviewRescuer: 1–3 messages per flagged review, to the contractor only.
  • Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from the recipient's mobile carrier may apply.
  • HELP: Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message to receive a response identifying the contractor and providing support contact information.
  • STOP: Reply STOP (or any of UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE, STOPALL) to any message at any time to immediately stop receiving SMS. Twilio handles STOP keywords automatically and adds the number to a carrier-wide suppression list. Opt-outs are honored globally across the Ops Armada SMS Program: once a number opts out, no contractor on any Ops Armada Product can text it again unless the recipient replies START or YES.
  • Privacy: Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS consent records are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only third party that receives phone numbers is Twilio (our SMS carrier), and only for the sole purpose of delivering the messages described above.
  • Support: For SMS Program questions, contact the per-Product support address — support@voiceinvoicing.com, support@voicequoting.com, support@callrescuer.com, or support@reviewrescuer.com — or the umbrella address support@opsarmada.com.
  • Public consent disclosures: voiceinvoicing.com/sms-consent, voicequoting.com/sms-consent, and callrescuer.com/sms-consent.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the invoices, quotes, client data, lead data, voice recordings, review content, and everything else you put into a Product ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Products on your behalf — including routing it through our sub-processors (see the Privacy Policy). You represent that Your Content is lawful, accurate, and that you have the right to send it to the recipients you list.

6. Payment processing

Subscriptions and Product fees are billed in advance via Stripe. When a Product routes payments to your customers (e.g., VoiceInvoicing payment links, VoiceQuoting deposit checkout via Stripe Connect), funds flow directly from your customer to Stripe to your connected Stripe account, less Stripe's processing fees. Ops Armada does not collect, hold, or disburse customer payment funds. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are between you and Stripe. Use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's terms.

7. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime from the Product's Settings page; your access continues through the end of the paid period. Specific refund and cancellation terms, free-trial details, and any number-hold or data-retention grace periods are governed by each Product's own /refund-policy page.

8. AI-generated content

Several Products use third-party AI (primarily OpenAI Whisper for transcription and OpenAI GPT-4o-mini for extraction, classification, and generation). AI output can be wrong — misheard words, misattributed amounts, missed line items, misclassified intent, or awkward generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it. We do not guarantee AI accuracy and are not liable for errors in AI-generated content you fail to correct.

9. Not legal, tax, or financial advice

Our Products are operational tools. We are not accountants, lawyers, or financial advisors. Nothing in the Products (including default tax rates, due-date suggestions, generated PDFs, electronic-acceptance mechanisms, or AI-drafted review replies) constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. Sales-tax collection, 1099 reporting, contractor licensing, TCPA compliance, and contract-law enforceability are your responsibility — consult a qualified professional.

10. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee any Product will be available at all times. Third-party outages (Twilio, Stripe, OpenAI, Railway, Vercel, Google) or planned maintenance may affect Product behavior. No refund is owed for brief outages; extended outages may qualify for a refund per the relevant Product's Refund Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, THAT SMS OR EMAIL WILL BE DELIVERED, OR THAT ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCES WILL BE ENFORCEABLE IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST LEADS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF ANY PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PRODUCT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS — IN WHICH CASE THEY APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your use of any Product, (c) your violation of these Terms or any Product-specific terms, (d) your violation of any law or third-party right (including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements), or (e) any claims by SMS or email recipients related to how you used a Product.

14. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to a Product or other users. After termination, we retain and delete data in line with the Privacy Policy and the relevant Product's retention schedule.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be emailed to your account email when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
